The "Search and log" button has been removed and replaced with a new method of logging and optionally deleting detected items. When you press the "Search" button, the program creates a log that includes a checkbox next to each detected item. After the search is finished, you can scan the log, select the items you want to delete and then press the new "Delete" button.
